Peptamen is nutritionally complete, with a balanced energy distribution of protein, fat and carbohydrate:

  • Protein: 100% whey peptide based, ensuring optimal absorption and better protein utilization.
  •  Fat: High in MCT oil, which is easily absorbed and provides a quick and efficient source of energy.
  • Carbohydrate: Moderate amounts to reduce the risk of elevated blood glucose levels.
  • Vitamins & Minerals: Meets or exceeds 100% of the RDI for 22 key vitamins and minerals in 1500 ml (1500 kcal).
  • Contains taurine, carnitine and ultra-trace minerals for long-term feeding.
  • Lactose-free, gluten-free.
  • Low osmolality for improved tolerance.


Indications/ counter indications

Peptamen diets contain ingredients (e.g., partially hydrolyzed whey protein from cow's milk) that may not be appropriate for individuals with food allergies.
